Two Cashton men and female from Warrens arrested on drug charges

Tomah police are reporting the arrest of two men from Cashton and female from Warrens on drug related charges as the result of a shoplifting case.

According to police tt approximately 2:37 PM on Saturday officers were dispatched to the Wal-Mart Supercenter in Tomah for a shoplifting complaint. It was reported that three individuals were concealing items on and leaving the store with the unpaid Heroin 2merchandise. 

As the investigation continued, officers conducted a search of a vehicle and located 2.8 grams of heroin and other items of drug paraphernalia showing drugs sales.  $784.00 in currency was also seized. Authorities say the heroin has a street value of approximately $1400.00.

Arrested and booked into the Monroe County Jail were the following:

URA E GINGERICH (Age 23/Male) – From Cashton, WI
– Possession of Heroin with Intent to Deliver
– Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
– Retail Theft
– Probation & Parole Hold

JAMIEE L PERRY (Age 23/Female) – From Warrens, WI
– Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
– Retail Theft
– Misdemeanor Bail-Jumping x 9

JEREMIAH J MOWERY (Age 23/Male) – From Cashton, WI
– Retail Theft
– Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

All charges are being referred to the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office for prosecution. All subjects are innocent until proven guilty in Court.
