...FREEZING DRIZZLE TO START CHANGING OVER TO SNOW...

.ICY CONDITIONS CONTINUE ACROSS THE ENTIRE REGION DUE TO FREEZING
DRIZZLE AND FOG THAT HAS OCCURRED THROUGH THE NIGHT. MANY ROADS
HAVE BECOME ICE COVERED AND SLIPPERY WITH NUMEROUS REPORTS OF CARS
GOING INTO THE DITCH ACROSS THE AREA. THE ICE ACCUMULATION HAS
BEEN JUST A GLAZE OF ICE...BUT THAT HAS BEEN ENOUGH TO CAUSE
SLIPPERY CONDITIONS.

OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS...THIS FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL CHANGE OVER
TO SNOW...STARTING IN NORTHEAST IOWA AND WORKING NORTHEASTWARD.
SNOWFALL AMOUNTS OF MAINLY 1 TO 3 INCHES CAN BE EXPECTED WITH A
FEW 4 INCH REPORTS POSSIBLE ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN BY
MONDAY AFTERNOON. GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CAUSE SOME BLOWING
AND DRIFTING OF SNOW ACROSS OPEN AREAS AND RIDGE TOPS THROUGH
MONDAY.
