Drought pushes management decisions

California is in its third and worst year of drought and it is putting a lot of stress on agriculture in the Golden State. The conditions have pushed farmers to make management changes and make some tough decisions. Steve Maddox milks 3,200 cows and raises alfalfa, corn, almonds and wine grapes on 12,000 acres in the San Joaquin Valley.
