The NFL Network will unveil the list of 15 finalists for the 2014 class of the Pro Football Hall of Fame tonight.

Green Bay Packers outside linebackers coach Kevin Greene has been down this road before.  He’s one of 25 semifinalists looking for eventual induction.  He’s made it this far before, but has fizzled out as the process moves forward.

Greene played 15 seasons in the NFL after being drafted in the fifth round of the 1985 draft by the Los Angeles Rams.  He played in 228 games, was an All Pro twice and was selected to play in five pro five times.

Greene twice led the NFL in sacks, in 1994 with the Steelers and in 1996 with the Carolina Panthers.  He collected 10 or more sacks in a season 10 times.
