Hillsboro cooperative members vote to join United Cooperative in Wisconsin

The members of Hillsboro Farmers Cooperative have voted to merge with United Cooperative of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. The merger will be finalized on October 1, 2013.

Hillsboro Farmers Cooperative with locations in Hillsboro, Kendall, Wilton, Yuba, Wonewoc, Ontario and Cazenovia is projecting revenues for the fiscal year ending September 30th to be near $60 million.

United Cooperative had sales of $643 million in 2012 with locations in Auroraville, Baraboo, Beaver Dam, Bonduel, Deerfield, Denmark, Gresham, Hartford, Horicon, Hustisford, Iron Ridge, Johnson Creek, Mayville, Pickett, Poynette, Prairie du Sac, Pulaski, Reedsburg, Ripon, Rock Springs, Sauk City, Shawano, South Beaver Dam, Watertown, and Wyocena.
